Mossman Multi Purpose Health centre provides 24 hour doctor and nurse cover.
Contact the Hospital directly by calling 4084 1200.
We also have a medical practitioner on-call to deal with urgent medical situations after-hours.
Outside of our surgery hours you may contact the after-hours doctor on call by phoning 4099 5043.
A recorded message will give you the telephone number for the doctor on call.
The doctor may be able to provide telephone advice to assist with your problem and guide you as to whether you should attend hospital immediately or whether your problem can safely be addressed at the next available medical centre appointment.
For general medical advice out of hours please call 13 43 2581 (13HEALTH), which is a health advice telephone service operated by Queensland Health.

If you need to speak to your doctor urgently, you may ring during normal surgery hours.
If the doctor is busy and is unable to take your call, it will be returned as soon as practicable.
Due to the intense workload of the doctors, this may take up to 24 hours.
Please note that emergency calls are transferred immediately.

You can find our Medical Centre located in the hub of the Coles Shopping complex, in the main street of Port Douglas. Our centre is easily accessible with street or undercover parking available.

A short scenic drive north of Port Douglas brings you to Mossman, an agricultural centre on the Mossman River and the gateway to Mossman Gorge. Mossman is a quaint township known for its sugar cane and exotic fruit farming.
Here our Medical Centre is located at the traffic lights, in the Town and Country complex, opposite Woolworths.
